Reader’s notes

p. 230. 17 columns: stub plus four panels of four columns each (All R, RC, RM, RD elections), with "Elections conducted" spanning all four columns of each panel. The "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" lines carry a value only in each panel's "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column; all their other cells are blank (leader dots in the original). Doubtful readings: in the "Expedited—Sec. 8(b)(7)(C)" label the period after "Sec" is faint in the scan — a wider-than-normal gap is visible, and I transcribed it as a period per the report's usual style. In the "Stipulated elections" row the RD panel values 299 (Total elections) and 293 (Resulting in certification) are slightly broken in the scan, and a stray ink tick sits just left of the 5 in the RD "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" cell; it is not a footnote marker. Arithmetic cross-checks all reconcile, which supports the digit readings: for every row the RC + RM + RD panels sum to the All R panel, within every panel Total = Withdrawn + Rerun/runoff + Certification, the five election-type rows sum to "All types", and each "Rerun required" + "Runoff required" pair sums to the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" value above it. No printed total appears to be in error.
