p. 229. Seven columns: stub plus Total plus five "Type of election" columns. The stub holds five section labels ("All types, total", "RC cases", "RM cases", "RD cases", "UD cases"), each with no values, followed by their three indented data rows (Elections / Eligible voters / Valid votes); the three data-row labels therefore repeat five times. Suspected misprint, flagged but transcribed as printed: RC cases / Valid votes / Board-directed reads 3,995 in the scan, and that is the only cell in the table that fails to reconcile. Its row sums to 449,798 against a printed row total of 449,758, and its column sums to 4,476 against a printed "All types, total" figure of 4,436 — both off by exactly 40. A value of 3,955 would satisfy both checks, so the printed digit is likely a 9-for-5 scanning or typesetting error, but I have transcribed the glyph as it appears. Every other cell in the table was checked against both its row total and its column total and all agree. The "Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)" cells for the three UD cases rows hold dash rules (------), transcribed as "". The RM cases row has no Expedited "Elections" entry issue, but note the column's "All types, total" of 32 equals 4 + 28 + 0 (RC, RM, RD), with UD contributing nothing. The footnote line under the table is clipped by the bottom edge of the crop: only the tops of the ascenders are visible. The word shapes and spacing match the standard "1 See Glossary for definitions of terms." formula (and the caption carries a raised 1), so I have reported it on that basis, but the wording is not fully legible in this image and should be confirmed against the full page. Minor scan artifacts not carried into the grid: the dotless-i rendering makes "Eligible" look like "Ehgible" and "elections" look like "clections"; stray ink marks appear below the Board-directed column near the RC/RM rule and to the left of 2,053.
