p. 227. Eleven columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a Number-of-cases and a Percent-of-cases-closed column. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded with the caption; the footnote itself is reported. Several percent cells print with a faint or broken decimal point in this scan, so the glyphs read as a gap rather than a dot: UD "100 0" (Total number of cases closed), All R "0 7" and RD "0 6" (After hearing closed before issuance of decision), RD "30 1" (After issuance of notice before close of hearing), RC "16 2" and RD "12 1" (After issuance of regional director's decision), RM "1 2" (After issuance of Board decision). All are transcribed with the decimal point, consistent with the one-decimal format of every other percent in the table and with the implied ratios. The UD percent cell is a dash rule (------) in the rows "After hearing closed before issuance of decision" and "After issuance of Board decision", where the number of cases is 0; both are given as "". Column sums check out against the printed totals in all five panels, and the printed percentages match the implied ratios, so no misprints are suspected.
