Column placement was checked arithmetically: in every data row the nine type-of-case cells sum exactly to the printed "Total formal actions taken" (e.g. Hearings completed 881+126+41+55+4+0+13+37+74+13 = 1,244; Decisions and orders by the Board 954+159+61+59+6+1+16+34+67+30 = 1,387). No printed total appears to be in error. Handwritten/stray marks on the scan, none transcribed: a pencilled "1.73" (or "1,73") written across the CP column in the "10(k) notices of hearings issued" row — it is a reader's annotation, not printed table content; a short pen stroke after the "0" in the CE column of "Backpay specifications issued" (the printed value is 0); small ink ticks in the margins and at the foot of the CC column. Cells rendered as a dash/leader rule in the original (meaning not applicable) are transcribed as "". The CD "Jurisdictional disputes" column carries values only in the 10(k) notices, Hearings completed/Initial ULP hearings, and Decisions and orders by the Board/Contested initial ULP decisions rows; all its other cells are dash rules. "Upon consent of parties", "Adopting administrative law judge's decisions (no exceptions filed)" and "Contested" are indented section captions under "Decisions and orders by the Board, total" and carry no values. The caption's footnote marker 1 and the heading rule markers are omitted per instructions; the footnote text is printed without a terminal period.
