p. 211. The table is printed as two side-by-side panels sharing one set of column headings; the left panel's rows (section A through the 8(b) subsection list ending at 8(b)(1)(2)(3)(5)) are given first, then the right panel's rows (beginning with the 8(b) Recapitulation and running through section C). The stub column carries no printed heading. Period dropout: this 1-bit scan loses many periods. In the "Percent of total cases" column the decimal point is visibly absent in roughly half the cells (printed as e.g. "100 0", "59 7", "64 6", "2 2", "0 1"); since the column is uniformly one decimal place and neighbouring cells of the same magnitude do show the point, I have transcribed every such cell with a decimal point.
