p. 24. The crop is not a conventional statistical table: it is Chart No. 8, a bar chart ("ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE HEARINGS AND DECISIONS (INITIAL ONLY, EXCLUDES BACKPAY & OTHER SUPPLEMENTALS)"), with a two-line data strip printed beneath the plot area. That data strip is what has been transcribed: the stub labels come from the chart legend (a solid black swatch for "Hearing Held", a hatched swatch for "Decisions Issued") and the column headings from the "Fiscal Year" axis labels 1964-1974, so there are 12 columns. The legend label reads "Hearing Held" (singular "Hearing") as printed; it may be a typesetting slip for "Hearings Held", but it is transcribed as it appears. The vertical axis ("Proceedings", gridlines 0 to 1,200) and the bar heights themselves carry no printed numbers and are not transcribed. Horizontal spacing in the data strip is uneven - the 1972-1974 figures sit closer together than the earlier ones - but each value lines up with its year label and with the corresponding bar height, and the two rows are mutually consistent. The chart's plate number "45" below the frame, the running head "Operations in Fiscal Year 1974", the page number 11, and the body text following the chart are excluded.
