p. 266. Ten columns: stub plus three panels (Total—all courts, In courts of appeals, In district courts) of three columns each; "Number decided" is a tall heading spanning the "Court determination" level, and "Type of litigation" spans all four heading levels. Doubtful cell: row "Issue complaint", column "In district courts / Number decided". The glyph reads as 8 and is transcribed as printed, but the surrounding arithmetic points to 3: the four sub-rows of "To compel NLRB to" plus the final "Other" row reconcile to the printed district figures only if that cell is 3 (3+0+5+6+5 = 19, matching the printed 19), whereas 8 gives 24. The same cell with 8 also breaks its own row (1 + 8 = 9, not the printed total of 4). Treat it as a likely 3 or as a misprint. Structure of the final "Other" row: it is printed at an indentation between the "Action by other parties" and "To compel NLRB to" levels, but arithmetically it is included in "To compel NLRB to" (4+0+8+7+9 = 28 all courts; 1+0+3+1+4 = 9 courts of appeals; 26 = 4+0+8+5+9 upholding, 8 = 1+0+3+0+4), and "Action by other parties" 41 = 13 + 28 without it.
