p. 242. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column groups (Total rerun elections^2 / Union certified / No union chosen / Outcome of original election reversed), each with Number and "Percent by type". The stub heading cell is blank on the image. Faint decimal points: the scan drops or thins the decimal point in several percent cells, which print as e.g. "41 3", "58 7", "100 0", "39 5", "16 7", "26 7", "58 4", "50 0". These are one-decimal percentages like every other value in those columns, so they are transcribed with the decimal point (All representation elections / Union certified Percent 41.3 and No union chosen Percent 58.7; RC cases / Outcome reversed Percent 39.5; RM cases / Total Percent 100.0 and Outcome reversed Percent 16.7; Consent elections / Outcome reversed Percent 26.7; Stipulated elections / No union chosen Percent 58.4; Board-directed elections / No union chosen Percent 100.0 and Outcome reversed Percent 50.0). Doubtful glyphs, all resolved by the printed percentages and by column sums that check out exactly: RM cases / No union chosen Number reads ambiguously as 3 or 8 — read as 3 (50.0 percent of 6, and 87+3+1=91); Consent elections / No union chosen Number reads ambiguously as 9 or 0/8 — read as 9 (60.0 percent of 15, and 9+59+0+21+2=91). Regional director-directed elections / Union certified Percent is smudged but reads 43.2, consistent with 16/37. "By type of case." is printed with what appears to be a single period; the parallel line below is clearly "By type of election:" with a colon, so the first is likely a colon that scanned as a period. Transcribed as it appears. Percent cells holding only a short dash rule (Expedited elections, all four Percent columns; Board-directed elections / Union certified Percent) are given as "". Footnote 2 ends without a terminal period on the image ("...which are included in the table"); transcribed as printed. Nothing is cut off by the crop.
