The "Sustained" spanner carries footnote marker 2 and it is repeated over both of its columns; the caption's marker 1 is not transcribed because captions are excluded. Decimal points: in several percent cells the decimal point did not survive the scan and the value reads like "79 5", "20 5", "11 8", "73 3", "19 1", "75 0" (RM cases Overruled-Percent and Sustained-Percent, RD cases Sustained-Percent, Consent elections Overruled-Percent, Regional director-directed elections Sustained-Percent, Board-directed elections Overruled-Percent). All other percent cells in the same columns print a clear point in the same position and every one of these values matches Number/Objections ruled upon to one decimal, so I transcribed them with the decimal point. "By type of election." is printed with what looks like a period rather than the colon used in "By type of case:"; it may be a poorly inked colon, but I transcribed what is visible. The two section lines carry no values. Expedited elections, Sustained-Percent is a short dash rule, transcribed as empty. Arithmetic check: all column totals and the type-of-case and type-of-election breakdowns sum exactly to the "All representation elections" line, and every percent agrees with its number; no misprints detected. Footnote 1 and the last sentence of footnote 2 have no visible terminal period in the scan.
