Reader’s notes
p. 240. 12 columns: stub, "Total elections" (a tall single heading spanning both heading levels), then five Number/Percent pairs. The stub has no printed heading, so the stub cell is empty in both heading levels. Decimal points: this is a degraded 1-bit scan in which the period in many percent cells did not reproduce (e.g. the All-representation "Total objections" percent images as "9 4", and the RC row's percents as "7 6", "9 5", "6 0"). Every such cell is a one-decimal percentage in this table's typesetting and in the surviving clear cells (7.6, 4.2, 1.8, 13.2, 12.2, 14.0 ...), so the decimal points were restored; no digits were altered. Doubtful cell: "Consent elections", Objections only / Percent. The glyph reads to me as "8.8" and is transcribed that way, but 59/1,553 = 3.8 percent, and every other percent in the table agrees with its own Number and Total-elections cell to one decimal. So this is either a source misprint for 3.8 or a 3 that the scan has thickened into an 8. Nothing was computed or corrected. "Expedited elections": the Challenges-only Percent, Objections-and-challenges Percent, and Total-challenges Percent cells carry a dash rule ("----") against printed zeros in the matching Number columns; per the rules those three cells are empty strings while the Numbers stay "0". Section lines "By type of case" and "By type of election" carry labels only. "By type of election" is followed by a small mark in the scan (a colon or a period, not resolvable at this resolution); no punctuation was transcribed. Minor scan artifacts, none affecting values: a stray horizontal flick sits above the "Total elections" column in the "By type of case" band; a short dash abuts the RC row's "166" in the Objections-and-challenges Number column; a stray tick sits in the right margin beside the RM row. All column sums and panel arithmetic check out otherwise (type-of-case rows and type-of-election rows each sum to the All-representation line in all six count columns, and Objections only + Objections and challenges = Total objections in every row).
