p. 234. 15 columns: stub plus seven case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CP), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". The table is one panel set, not side-by-side panels. Decimal points: this 1-bit scan drops or nearly erases the period in many percent cells, which print as e.g. "100 0" (CB total), "8 7" (CC, after issuance of complaint), "1 1" (CD, same row), "11 9" (CE, same row), "0 8"/"0 9" (All C and CA, after hearing opened), "0 2" (CP, same row), "0 0" (CB, after ALJ decision), "1 2" (CE) and "0 6" (CP, after Board order), "3 2"/"3 6"/"2 2" (All C/CA/CB, after Board decision), "1 6"/"0 9"/"0 2"/"3 6" (All C/CB/CD/CE, after circuit court decree), and "0 2" (All C, after Supreme Court action). I transcribed each with the decimal point, since every one of these values matches the corresponding number-of-cases cell divided by its column total to one decimal place; no digits were altered. Doubtful glyph: in "After circuit court decree, before Supreme Court action", the CE cases "Number of cases" cell reads to me like an 8, but it is 3 — the CE column sums to the printed total 84 only with 3, the row sums to the printed All C value 441 only with 3, and 3/84 = 3.6 percent as printed in the adjacent cell. Reported as 3. Cells printed as a dash rule ("----") are given as "": CD and CE in the two rows "After hearing opened..." and "After administrative law judge's decision...", CD in "After Board order adopting...", and CE and CP in "After Supreme Court action". Every printed row and column total is internally consistent (all seven case-type columns sum to their printed totals, and each row's six case-type figures sum to the printed All C figure), so no misprints are suspected among the counts. The caption carries a superscript 1 marker tying it to the footnote; per instructions the caption itself is omitted. The "Number" heading over All C cases has a small stray ink mark after it, not a footnote marker.
