Arithmetic as printed: 849 + 22 + 32 + 93 = 996, matching the "Unfair labor practice decisions" line, but 996 + 458 = 1,454, which is 9 less than the printed "Total contested Board decisions" of 1,463; the values are transcribed exactly as printed and not corrected. A faint ink mark at the lower left edge suggests the page continues below the crop, so further rows of this list may be cut off.

The first row label wraps onto two printed lines ("After transfer by regional directors for" / "initial decisions") and has been joined into one label. Immediately below the last row ("Union deauthorization decisions") the crop cuts through a further line of text — only the top few pixels of the letterforms survive, enough to see it is a running line of prose (likely a footnote beginning roughly "Not all of the 1,... decisions which were ..."), but it is not legible enough to transcribe, so it is omitted from footnotes. The bottom of the table/footnote block is therefore truncated by the crop.
