p. 258. Eight columns: stub plus seven numeric columns; the stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. Decimal points in this scan are set with a following space ("77. 9"); I have closed them up per instruction. Doubtful cell: "Expedited elections", column "Overruled / Percent of total ruled upon", prints as "80 0" — the decimal point did not take in the scan (the companion Sustained percent for that row is 20.0, and 4/5 = 80.0), so I transcribed it as "80.0". The "Sustained" spanner carries a raised marker that reads ambiguously (2 or 3) in this scan; since only footnotes 1 and 2 are printed, I rendered it as ^2. Footnote text: terminal periods are missing/faint in the scan — footnote 1 ends "definitions of terms" with no period, and in footnote 2 the sentence break after "were sustained" (before "In 32 elections") shows no visible period. Both are transcribed as they appear. Row labels are transcribed as printed, including the trailing period on the section line "By type of case." (absent on "By type of election"). "Regional director-directed elections" wraps onto two printed lines and is joined into one row. Arithmetic is internally consistent as printed: Overruled + Sustained equals Objections ruled upon in every row; filed minus withdrawn equals ruled upon; and both breakdowns (by type of case, by type of election) sum to the 1,095 total. No misprints detected beyond the typographic issues noted.
