Decimal points in the percent columns print faintly or drop out in this scan, so many cells appear as a digit, a gap, then a digit (e.g. "1 8" in the Objections-and-challenges Percent column of "All representation elections", "9 5" in Total objections Percent, "4 4" and "5 5" and "3 5" in the "In RD cases" row, "17 2" for "Expedited elections", "10 7"/"6 3"/"13 4" for "Regional director-directed elections", "6 1"/"2 0"/"8 1" for "Board-directed elections"). These are decimal points, not spaces, and are transcribed as such; every one of them checks out against Number divided by Total elections, and all Number columns sum consistently (objections only + objections and challenges = total objections; challenges only + objections and challenges = total challenges; the three case-type rows and the five election-type rows each sum to 9,226). The "Consent elections" cell under Objections-and-challenges Percent is printed without a leading zero as ".7" and is transcribed that way. The Percent cells for "Expedited elections" under Challenges only, Objections and challenges, and Total challenges hold dash rules ("------"), transcribed as empty; the Number cells beside them are printed zeros. A small stray ink mark sits just left of "16" in the Total challenges Number column of the "In RD cases" row; it is not a footnote marker or a digit, and has been omitted. No footnote markers appear on any body value; markers 1 and 2 attach only to the "Total objections" and "Total challenges" headings.
