Indentation in the stub marks the hierarchy (Total, all > disposition category > Before/After hearing > By regional director's decision / By Board decision); the labels are transcribed without the leading indent, so the same wording recurs under several categories. The row labels "Before hearing", "After hearing", "By regional director's decision" and "By Board decision" are therefore repeated verbatim as printed. A faint speck appears just below and right of the "UC" heading; it is a scanning artifact rather than a footnote marker, and no footnotes are printed under the table. All printed figures are internally consistent: AC 46+14+20=80 and UC 35+85+101=221, and each category's Before/After hearing and decision-type lines sum to their subtotals, which supports the digit readings (notably UC "26", "53" and "98", whose glyphs are slightly broken in the scan).
