Handwritten pen marks (not printed matter) appear in the upper right of the body: a scribble/arrow over the "CP" column heading and a pen annotation resembling "C.D." in the CP column on the "10(k) notices of hearings issued" row. These are a later reader's annotations, apparently pointing out that the 207 on that row belongs to CD; the printed CP cell on that row is blank (dash rule). They have been excluded from the grid. The section line "Upon consent of parties." is transcribed with a terminal period; the mark is small and could be a colon (the parallel heading "Adopting trial examiners' decisions (no exceptions filed):" clearly ends in a colon). Row sums across the 11 type-of-case columns equal the "Total formal actions taken" entry on each row; the three hearings sub-rows sum to the "Hearings completed, total" line, the three trial-examiner sub-rows to "Decisions by trial examiners, total", and the eight Board sub-rows to "Decisions and orders by the Board, total" in every column. This arithmetic was used to disambiguate the 1972 typeface's similar 5/6 and 5/8 glyphs (e.g. CA "5" and "855" on the Board lines, "58" and "51" in the C-combined-with-representation column, "56" on the contested Initial ULP line). No misprints found.
