Above the "Precomplaint" and "Postcomplaint" headings the page prints small graphic swatches — a horizontally hatched/striped square over Precomplaint and a solid black square over Postcomplaint. These are legend keys for an accompanying bar chart, not text headings or footnote markers, so they are not transcribed into any cell. All digits are clear; no illegible or doubtful cells. As a consistency check (not a correction), Precomplaint + Postcomplaint equals the printed Total in every one of the eleven rows, so no misprint is suspected. Nothing appears cut off by the crop: the table is bounded above by its rule and below by its closing rule, and no caption, footnote block, or page number falls inside the crop.
