Injunction Litigation Under Section 10(e), 10(j), and 10(l), Fiscal Year 1971

Twelve columns: stub, Total proceedings, the two "Injunction proceedings" columns, Total dispositions, the six "Disposition of injunctions" columns, and Pending in district court June 30, 1971. Footnote markers are printed raised and to the LEFT of their values on the "Under sec. 10(e), total" line (a raised 1 before 6 in Total proceedings, a raised 2 before 1 in Withdrawn); per instruction they are written after the value as 6^1 and 1^2. All columns were checked against the printed section totals and they add up exactly: the eight 8(a)/8(b) detail rows sum to the "Under sec. 10(j), total" line in every column, and the fifteen detail rows sum to the "Under sec. 10(l), total" line in every column. No arithmetic discrepancies found. Doubtful cells: the labels "8(b)(4)(B); 7(A)" and "8(b)(4)(B); 7(C)" are transcribed exactly as printed; the second element lacks an "8(b)" prefix, which is unusual beside the neighbouring "8(b)(7)(A)" / "8(b)(7)(C)" rows and may be a printer's omission, but no "8(b)" is visible on the image. In rows "8(a)(1)(2)(3)(5); 8(b)(1)(A)(2)" and "8(a)(1)(3)(5)" the final digit is a worn 5 (prints close to a delta/6 shape); read as 5 by comparison with the surrounding type. The Total proceedings cell of row "8(b)(1)(A)" shows an ink speck after the 2 that is not a decimal point or footnote marker. Footnote 2's wording is transcribed as it reads on the scan; the sense suggests a dropped word or punctuation (e.g. "One case withdrawn; injunction issued mooted by ..."), but nothing further is printed.
