p. 205. 12 columns: stub, 5 "Number of proceedings" columns, 4 "Percentages" columns, and 2 cumulative columns. The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of each header row is empty. Decimal points: the scan drops many periods in the percentage columns, which print as a gap (e.g. "100 0", "14 0", "3 2", "8 5", "10 2", "31 3", "6 2", "50 0"). Since the same values print with a clear period elsewhere in the same columns, these are transcribed with the decimal point restored. Doubtful cell: row "Board orders partially affirmed and partially remanded", column "Percentages / Vs. employers only" is printed as a bare "3" with no visible decimal point; it is transcribed as ".3", which is what 1 of 314 gives and what makes that column sum to 100.0. Verify against a cleaner copy if the leading character matters. Footnote markers: the second footnote's marker is printed as a blurred glyph that resembles "3", but it is footnote 2 (keyed to "Board dismissal" in the "Number of proceedings" group) and is transcribed as 2.
