p. 180. Structure: 17 columns — stub plus four panels (All R, RC, RM, RD elections), each panel carrying the spanning heading "Elections conducted" over four sub-columns (Total elections; Withdrawn or dismissed before certification; Resulting in a rerun or runoff; Resulting in certification). The footnote marker 1 is printed only on "Resulting in certification" in the All R elections panel. Suspected misprint in the headings: the first sub-column of the RD elections panel is printed "Ttoal elec-tions" (transposed letters); transcribed as printed, "Ttoal elections". The indented "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" lines are breakdowns of the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column only; every other cell on those lines is printed as leader dots and is transcribed as "". In the Stipulated elections "Runoff required" line, the RD "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" cell shows a stray ink speck before the digit ("· 0"); read as 0. All cross-footings check out as printed: within each body row the RC + RM + RD values sum to the All R value, the type-of-election rows sum to "All types" in every column, and each row's rerun + runoff equals its "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" figure. Nothing was computed or corrected — these checks were used only to confirm the digits. The 1971 scan renders several dotted i's faintly (e.g. "certification", "elections" in the headings) but no value is in doubt.
