p. 179. Three printed columns: an unlabelled stub plus "AC" and "UC" (the only heading level; the stub head is blank). No footnotes or abbreviation legend are printed under the table on this crop. Doubtful glyphs, all resolved by cross-footing: the AC cell of "Certification amended or unit clarified" is a broken-serif digit that could read 5 or 6; read as 52 (44 + 8 = 52, and 52 + 12 + 20 = 84). The UC cells of "Dismissed / Before hearing" and the "By regional director's decision" line under it both have a smudged second digit (6 vs 8); both read as 26 (26 + 43 = 69, and 26 + 0 = 26). The AC cell of "Dismissed / After hearing / By Board decision" carries a stray ink tick after the 1 and the AC cell of "Withdrawn" a stray mark after 20; these are scan artifacts, not footnote markers (3 + 1 = 4; 18 + 2 = 20). Every subtotal and the grand total cross-foot exactly in both columns, so no misprints are suspected. Indentation levels (section, hearing stage, decision maker) are shown in the original by progressive indents only; the label wording is transcribed as printed without the indent.
