p. 167. The crop ends just below the "Other remedies" row at a double rule; the table's section B (the companion to the printed section head "A. By number of cases involved") and all footnote texts fall outside the crop, so `footnotes` is empty even though two markers are present: a raised 1 on the caption (caption excluded per instructions) and a raised 2 printed before 6,750 in the "Total all" column of the "A. By number of cases involved" row, transcribed as 6,750^2. The scan renders 3 and 8 almost identically at this size, so every ambiguous digit was resolved against the row's own arithmetic; all 14 data rows add up exactly (Employer component columns sum to the Employer Total, Union components to the Union Total, and Employer Total + Union Total to Total all), which pins the readings 35/3 in "Recognition or other assistance withdrawn", 32 in "Picketing ended" (formal settlement), 53 in "Notice posted" (Union, Court), and 5 in "Hiring hall rights restored" (Union, Court). No printed total appears to be in error. The two "Pursuant to" spanner headings differ as printed: the Employer side reads "Pursuant to" and the Union side "Pursuant to—"; both are transcribed as printed. "Total all", "Total" under each of Employer and Union, "Recommendation of trial examiner", and the stub heading "Action taken" are tall headings repeated down the levels they span. Rows whose remedy applies only to one party show dotted leaders across the other party's six columns; those are transcribed as empty cells.

p. 168. This crop is a continuation page: it begins mid-table at section "B. By number of employees affected:" and shows no column headings, so header_rows is empty. Section A (and any part of the table above it) is on the preceding page, as are the headings that carry footnote markers 1 and 2. The grid has 13 numeric columns plus the stub, counted from the column rules and confirmed by the "C. By amounts of monetary recovery, total" row. Blank-looking cells in the body are printed as dash rules (------), which I have transcribed as "": columns 8-13 for the four reinstatement/preferential-hiring-list rows, and columns 2-7 for "Hiring hall rights restored" and "Objections to employment withdrawn". All internal arithmetic checks out as printed, which supports the column assignments: in every data row column 2 equals the sum of columns 3-7, column 8 equals the sum of columns 9-13, and column 1 equals column 2 plus column 8 (e.g. 1,883+91+0+253+536 = 2,763; 130,640+4,770+0+91,191+164,674 = 391,275; 4,434,300+391,275 = 4,825,575). No suspected misprints. Minor legibility notes, all resolved by those checks: in "Accepted" the column 7 value could read as 636 in the worn type but is 536 (1,883+91+0+253+536 = 2,763); in "Employees offered reinstatement, total" the leading digits of 4,068 are printed with a space after the comma ("4, 068"), as are most thousands values throughout, and I have closed the spaces.
