The page prints the table as two side-by-side panels sharing the same two column headings; I have stacked them, all left-panel rows (sections A and B, through 8(b)(1)(3)(5)) first, then all right-panel rows (the 8(b) Recapitulation, B1, B2 and C). The column headings are given once. The stub column has no printed heading. Suspected misprint: in the right-panel "Recapitulation" under B2, the third row label is printed "7(b)(7)(C)" (310, 65.7); from context it should read "8(b)(7)(C)". Transcribed as printed. Faint decimal points: in the scan the decimal point is missing/very faint in four percent cells, printed as "1 7" (row 8(a)(1)(3)(4)), "9 7" (row 8(a)(1)(3)(5)), "2 5" (row 8(b)(2)) and "2 3" (row 8(b)(1)(3)). I transcribed them as 1.7, 9.7, 2.5 and 2.3, which is what the ratios to the panel totals give; the point is almost certainly present on the page but did not survive the scan. The punctuation ending the row label "Subsections of Sec. 8(b)" is a single ambiguous dot in the scan; I rendered it as a colon to match the parallel label "Subsections of Sec. 8(a):". Arithmetic cross-checks all pass: the 8(a) combination rows sum to 15,467 and the 8(b) combination rows to 8,250; every Recapitulation figure equals the sum of its component rows (e.g. 8(b)(3) = 367+189+7+4+74+1 = 642; 8(b)(4)(B) = 1,576+66+8 = 1,650; 8(b)(7)(A) = 136+3+3 = 142); and the printed percentages match the figures throughout. The "0" entries are printed zeros (values under 0.05 percent), not blanks.
