p. 161. Eight printed columns: stub, Total, and six filing-party columns under the spanner "Identification of Filing Party". The stub has no printed heading, so the stub cells of both heading levels are empty; "Total" is a tall heading spanning both levels and is repeated. The six case-type lines ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases", "Representation cases", "Union-shop deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") are printed as centered banner lines spanning the data columns, not in the stub column; they are transcribed as label-only section rows with empty value cells. In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" block, every cell except Total and Individuals is a dash rule (------), transcribed as "". Footnote markers: the raised 2 and 3 sit on the "Unfair labor practice cases" and "Representation cases" banner lines; footnote marker 1 is attached to the caption, which is omitted per instructions, but footnote 1 itself is retained. All sums check out exactly as printed: each row's six filing-party figures add to its Total, and the five case-type blocks add to the "All cases" block in every row. No suspected misprints. The scan is clean; "8,206" (Pending June 30, 1971, Unfair labor practice cases, Total) and "2,927" (Pending June 30, 1971, Representation cases, Total) print with slightly thick digits but are confirmed by the column and row sums.
