"Percent won" column: the decimal point is faint or lost in the scan for most cells, which print as e.g. "51 6", "52 2", "83 4", "100 0", "0 0", while a few ("56.2", "90.0", "66.7", "71.2", "84.6") show the point clearly. Since the column is uniformly a one-decimal percentage, and every value agrees with won/total computed from the same row, these are transcribed with the decimal point ("51.6", "52.2", "83.4", "100.0", "0.0"). DOUBTFUL CELL: row "Total representation elections", last column (col15). I read the printed digits as "289,068", but col9-col10 = 608,558-318,890 = 289,668, and that same relation is exact in all 34 other rows. The third digit is not crisply legible at this scan resolution, so this is either my misread of a 6 as a 0 or a misprint in the source; it is transcribed as I read it. The percent column (col2) is set with one decimal place throughout, but the decimal point drops out of the scan in several cells, which print as e.g. "100 0", "88 6", "55 2", "53 9", "79 1", "83 3", "0 0". These are transcribed with the decimal point restored, on the same footing as the comma-space artifact ("8, 044" -> "8,044"). No other characters were altered. The period after "v" in the union-pairing row labels is inconsistently legible (some read "v", some "v."); labels are transcribed exactly as each one reads on this image, so the inconsistency is the scan's, not a normalization. The first row is the tail of a label that began on the line above the crop's top edge; its wrapped lines read "AFL-CIO v AFL-CIO v AFL-CIO v" / "Natl" and are joined here. The crop clips a short line at the bottom left, below the "Total RC elections" rule, which appears to be the standard "See footnotes at end of table." reference.
