p. 188. 15 columns. The heading "Employees involved (number eligible to vote)" carries a raised footnote marker 1, but no footnote text is printed within this crop (the table ends at the bottom rule), so `footnotes` is empty. Decimal points scanned faintly in many percent cells, printing as a gap (e.g. "73 6", "50 3", "41 5", "76 5", "39 0", "42 9", "10 1", "89 9", "76 7", "9 8", "100 0", "90 8"). Every percent figure in this table is printed to one decimal place, so these were transcribed with the decimal point: Total row cols 13 and 15; AFL-CIO cols 6 and 9; Teamsters col 11; Other national unions cols 4, 9, 11, 13, 15; Other local unions cols 4, 9, 13, 15. In the "Other local unions" row the two "Percent of total" cells for continued authorization (col 6 under Number of polls, col 11 under In polls) hold a printed dash rule, transcribed as "". Internal arithmetic checks out throughout (e.g. 54+33=87; 5,842+2,810=8,652; the four affiliation rows sum to each Total-row figure), which supports the digit readings, including the slightly smudged "426" (Teamsters, Valid votes cast Total) and "4,353" (Total, Cast for deauthorization Number). A small stray ink mark sits in the right-hand margin beside the heading block; it is a page artifact, not a table entry.
