p. 187. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (Number / Percent by type). Decimal points: the scan drops or thins many periods in the percent columns (e.g. the "All representation elections" row prints as "100 0" and "39 3"; "RM cases" No-union-chosen as "80 0"; "Board-directed elections" Union-certified as "66 7"). Every percent in this table is printed to one decimal place, so these are transcribed with the decimal point restored; no digits were altered. Column-heading marker: the raised character after "Total reruns elections" is small and broken in the scan — it reads as 2 (the caption carries footnote 1), but 3 cannot be entirely ruled out. Fourth panel heading is broken across lines as "Outcome of orig- / nal election reversed"; the "i" of "-inal" is not legible at this resolution, so it is joined as "original". Dash-rule cells (printed as a row of dashes, meaning no percentage) are given as "": "Expedited elections" under Union certified / Percent by type and under Outcome of original election reversed / Percent by type, and "Board-directed elections" under Outcome of original election reversed / Percent by type.
