Reader’s notes

p. 184. 17 columns: stub plus four panels of four columns each (All R, RC, RM, RD), every panel headed "Elections conducted". The "Rerun required" and "Runoff required" lines under each type carry a single value per panel, printed in that panel's "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column; all their other cells are dash rules and are transcribed as empty. In the RD panel the third-level heading is printed "Total elec-rions"; the broken line reads "rions" rather than "tions", evidently a typographic/scan defect for "Total elections". It is transcribed literally as "Total elecrions". The footnote marker 1 is attached only to the "Resulting in certification" heading of the All R panel; the same heading in the RC, RM and RD panels is unmarked. All arithmetic cross-checks pass as transcribed: each All R figure equals the sum of the RC, RM and RD figures in the same column; each column's five type rows sum to the "All types" line; and "Rerun required" plus "Runoff required" equals the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" value in every panel and every type.
