p. 183. Seven columns: stub plus Total plus five columns under the spanner "Type of Election". Punctuation on the five section labels is degraded in the scan. "RC cases:" shows a clear colon; after "All types, total" the mark reads as a single low dot, and after "RM cases", "RD cases" and "UD cases" the mark is faint or absent. I have written a colon on all five for consistency with the one legible case, but the exact punctuation is uncertain. In the UD cases block the three cells in the last column ("Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)") hold a dash rule, transcribed as "". Zeros in the Board-directed column for UD cases and in the Expedited column for RD cases are printed zeros, not blanks. All arithmetic cross-checks pass as transcribed: each row's five election-type cells sum to its Total, and the RC+RM+RD+UD rows sum to the corresponding "All types, total" row in every column. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which keys the single footnote; the caption itself is omitted per instructions.
