57 of 57 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 180. 15 columns: stub plus seven case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CP), each with a "Number of cases" and a "Percent of cases closed" column. Decimal points: the scan drops the period in a number of percent cells, which print as e.g. "100 0", "92 1", "85 2", "98 8", "7 6", "0 1", "0 9". Every percent column in this table is set to one decimal place, and each affected value is consistent with the arithmetic (e.g. CP 4/470 = 0.9), so they are transcribed with the decimal point restored. Affected cells: "Total number of cases closed" under CC, CD and CP percent (100.0); "Before issuance of complaint" under CB (92.1), CC (85.2) and CD (98.8); "After issuance of complaint, before opening of hearing" under CC (7.6) and CD (0.1); "After circuit court decree, before Supreme Court action" under CP (0.9). Stray ink: in the row "After trial examiner's decision, before issuance of Board decision" the All C number prints as "25." and the All C percent as "0. 1 ," — the trailing marks are speckles, not punctuation; the column sums confirm 25 (17,152+1,188+181+25+201+619+421+64 = 19,851). Broken words repaired: the row label printed "trial examiner's dec sion" (line 2 of a two-line label) and "Board decislon" are both "decision". Empty percent cells shown as a dash rule ("-------") beside a printed 0 are transcribed as "". All eight column sums and the percent values check out against the printed totals; no misprints found beyond the dropped decimal points above.
