p. 170. Four printed columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken" (a tall heading spanning both header levels), and AC / UC under the spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case". Internal consistency: for the top three rows the AC and UC cells do not add to the first column — 10+82=92 vs 103, 9+78=87 vs 96, 8+67=75 vs 84 (short by 11, 9 and 9). The last three rows do add (1+11=12, 1+11=12, 0+0=0). All cells are transcribed exactly as printed; the shortfall is either a misprint or reflects cases counted in column 1 but not under AC/UC. I saw no evidence of a further value column being cut off at the right — the UC column is simply set wider than AC, and the table's right rule and the caption centring are both consistent with a complete crop — but the arithmetic pattern is the one thing that could suggest otherwise. Print quality is a little broken up (the scan shows speckling and faint strokes), but every digit was legible; "96" in the "Decisions issued after hearing" row and "10" in the AC column of "Hearings completed" are the two I read with slightly less certainty. Dotted leaders after the row labels were dropped, and the indentation of the subordinate rows ("By regional directors", "By Board", and the two "After ..." rows) is not represented in the label text.
