p. 166. Eight columns: stub, Total, and six columns under the spanner "Identification of Filing Party". The stub heading is blank in the original; "Total" spans both heading levels and is repeated. The six centered case-type lines (CA cases, CB cases, CC cases, CD cases, CE cases, CP cases) are printed as banner rows across the table body and are transcribed as section rows with empty value cells; each is followed by the same five stub labels. All arithmetic checks pass as transcribed: in every block the six filing-party columns sum to Total, pending + received = on docket, and closed + pending June 30 = on docket. One typographic caution: in this scan the figure 5 is often rendered in a form close to 6 (e.g. "5,155", "5,086", "5,520", "355", "650", "516", "615", "375"); these were read as 5 and are confirmed by the row and column sums. In the CE block the Teamsters column reads 0, 10, 10, 10, 0 down the five rows, which is as printed and consistent with the totals.
