The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty; "Total proceedings", "Total dispositions" and "Pending in district court June 30, 1969" are tall single headings spanning both levels, "Injunction proceedings" spans 2 columns and "Disposition of injunctions" spans the 6 columns Granted through Inactive. Row "Under section 10(e), total": a raised 1 is printed before the 3 in both the "Total proceedings" and the "Filed in district court fiscal year 1969" columns; transcribed as 3^1 in each, matching the "1 In courts of appeals." footnote. Statutory-subsection labels are printed with wide typographic spaces between the parenthesised elements (e.g. "8 (a) (1) (2) , 8 (b) (1) (A) (2)"); these have been closed up to the conventional form, keeping the comma and semicolon separators as printed.
