p. 229. Seven data columns plus the stub; the stub has no printed heading. Column rules confirm "Overruled" spans Number + Percent, and "Sustained 2" spans the last Number + Percent pair. Decimal points: in several percent cells the period is broken or missing in the scan, printing as "72 1" (All representation elections, Overruled percent), "80 0" (RD cases), "100 0" (Expedited elections), "41 7" (Consent elections, Sustained percent) and "72 6" (Regional director-directed elections). All neighbouring cells in these columns carry one decimal place and each row's pair sums to 100.0, so I transcribed them as 72.1, 80.0, 100.0, 41.7 and 72.6; the characters on the page are the digits with a faint/absent point. "Expedited elections", Sustained "Percent of total ruled upon" holds only a dash rule/leader dots, transcribed as "". Worn type (not errors): "elections" in the first row prints with an undotted i; the section line "By type of election:" shows a degraded y. A small stray ink mark sits just left of 76.5 in the Board-directed elections row; it is an artifact, not a character. The crop clips the footnote block: footnote 1 is readable only across its upper half but is legible and standard for this series; footnote 2, which the "Sustained" heading references, falls entirely below the crop and is not transcribed.
