p. 228. Nine columns: stub plus four Number/Percent-by-type pairs (Total, By employer, By union, By both parties). The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. Decimal points: this scan drops the period in many percent cells, which appear as e.g. "100 0", "27 7", "69 0", "73 5", "14 3", "22 8", "66 3", "1 3", "81 0", "4 7". Every value in these columns is printed to one decimal place, and the same values appear with a visible period elsewhere in the same column (e.g. "100.0" in the RC-cases and Consent-elections rows), so I transcribed them with the decimal point restored. No digits were altered. "Regional director-directed elections", By both parties / Percent by type: the glyph is smudged and could read 8.2, but 13/411 = 3.2 percent and 26.3 + 70.5 + 3.2 = 100.0, so I read it as 3.2. "All representations elections": the first label appears to be printed with a terminal "s" on "representations" (the usual NLRB wording is "representation"); the letter is faint, so this word is slightly doubtful. Kept as it appears. "Expedited elections": the By-employer and By-both-parties percent cells hold a dash rule ("---"), transcribed as empty. Arithmetic check (not applied to the cells): every row's Number cells sum to its Total, and the percents are internally consistent, so no misprints are suspected. Caption ("Table 11C.—Objections Filed in Representation Cases Closed, By Party Filing, Fiscal Year 1969 1") omitted as instructed; its footnote marker 1 points to the first footnote.
