Reader’s notes
p. 228. 12 columns: stub, "Total elections" (a tall single heading spanning both heading levels), then five Number/Percent pairs. The stub has no printed heading. Scan quality: in many percent cells the decimal point failed to print and shows as a blank gap (e.g. "3 6", "10 0", "7 9", "3 1", "6 0", "0 7", "5 1", "9 5", "14 3", "4 6", "15 3", "4 7", "20 0", "8 2"). Given every neighbouring value in those columns carries one decimal place, these have been transcribed with the decimal point restored (3.6, 10.0, 7.9, 3.1, 6.0, 0.7, 5.1, 9.5, 14.3, 4.6, 15.3, 4.7, 20.0, 8.2). The digits themselves are legible and unambiguous. The "Expedited elections" row prints a dash rule ("- - - -") in the "Challenges only / Percent", "Objections and challenges / Percent" and "Total challenges / Percent" cells; those are given as "". The first row label is printed "All representation elections" over two lines, with the "r" of "representation" broken by the scan; read as "representation". "Regional director-directed elections" wraps over three lines ("Regional director-" / "directed" / "elections"); the hyphen is a genuine compound hyphen and has been kept. No footnotes are printed under the table.
