Every row cross-foots: the five "Pursuant to" components sum to each panel's Total, and Employer Total + Union Total equals Total all in all 14 data rows. No misprints detected. The scan renders some letters imperfectly (e.g. "Recognition", "Picketing ended", "trial examiner" in the headings), but the readings are unambiguous.

p. 214. This crop continues a table from the preceding page: no column headings are printed on it, so header_rows is empty. The grid has 14 cells per row: the stub plus 13 numeric columns, counted from the vertical column rules (columns 1-7 form one block, columns 8-13 a second block, matching the usual all-cases/employer-cases and union-cases layout of this table, but none of those headings appear on this image). "Hiring hall rights restored": only column 1 carries a value (42); columns 2-7 hold dash rules and columns 8-13 are left entirely blank in the print, so the 42 is not broken out anywhere on this page. Transcribed as printed. "Employees receiving backpay." / "From both employer and union", last column (13): the glyph is ink-filled and could be read as either 3 or 8. Transcribed as 3, because columns 9-13 of that row otherwise mirror columns 3-7 (9, 0, 0, 0, 3) and must sum to the 12 printed in column 8. Flagging in case the intended digit differs. The mark after "backpay" in the row label "Employees receiving backpay." is a single dot in this scan; it is most likely a degraded colon, parallel to "Employees reimbursed for fees, dues, and fines:". Transcribed as the dot that is printed. Many lowercase i's in the scan lost their dots ("reinstatement", "Declined", "union", "includes", "requirements"); these are typeface/scan artifacts and are spelled normally here.
