p. 209. Eight printed columns: stub, Total (a tall heading spanning both header levels), and six columns under the spanner \"Identification of filing party\". The stub heading is blank. \"RC Cases\", \"RM Cases\" and \"RD Cases\" are centred section lines spanning the data columns; they are transcribed as label-only rows. Dash rules (\"------\") standing for no data are transcribed as empty cells: the Employers column in the RC and RD sections, and the five union/individual columns in the RM section. In the RC section, \"Closed fiscal 1969\", AFL-CIO unions column, the scan shows a stray speck just right of 5,951 (looks like a trailing period from the leader-dot row above); read as 5,951. In the RD section the third row label is printed \"On docket 1969\", without \"fiscal\", unlike the corresponding rows in the RC and RM sections; transcribed as printed. All three sections' row components add to their printed Totals, and the \"On docket\" rows equal pending plus received in every section.
