The stub has no printed heading; "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both heading levels, so it is repeated in both. The six centered lines inside the body ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases^2", "Representation cases^3", "Union-shop deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") are section banners spanning the data columns; they are transcribed as label-only rows. The same five stub labels (Pending July 1, 1968 / Received fiscal 1969 / On docket fiscal 1969 / Closed fiscal 1969 / Pending June 30, 1969) repeat under each section, as printed. In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" section the AFL-CIO, Teamsters, Other national, Other local and Employers columns hold dash rules (------) in every row; these are transcribed as "" per instruction. Only Total and Individuals carry figures there. Footnote 1 as printed appears to be missing a period after "terms" before "Advisory opinion", and the closing "See table 22" ends without a period (the "22" is carried onto the next printed line); transcribed as printed. There is a faint stray speck in the "Unit clarification cases / Received fiscal 1969" row just left of the Employers value 50, inside the Employers cell. It is scanner debris, not a footnote marker, and is not transcribed. All arithmetic cross-checks pass: each row's six filing-party figures sum to its Total; On docket = Pending July 1 + Received and Pending June 30 = On docket - Closed in every section; and the five case-type sections sum to the "All cases" figures in every column. No misprints detected.
