p. 14. The crop is not a conventional table: it is "Chart 2," a bar chart titled "ULP CASE INTAKE (Charges and Situations Filed)," with a two-line data strip (CHARGES, SITUATIONS) printed under the plot area. I transcribed that data strip as the body, using the fiscal-year labels on the chart's x-axis (stub label "Fiscal Year," printed on two lines at the left of the axis) as the column headings. Excluded as chart furniture, not table content: the chart title and parenthetical subtitle, and the y-axis scale labels 0, 6,000, 12,000, and 18,000. The running head "Operations in Fiscal Year 1969," the page number 3, the "Chart 2" caption, and the body text paragraphs below the chart are also excluded. The data-strip digits are set in a small, light sans-serif face; the values I am least certain of are SITUATIONS 1968 (read as 15,287, which dips below the 1967 value of 15,499 — printed as such, not a transcription correction) and CHARGES 1965 (read as 15,800). There are no footnotes printed under the chart. A stray ink mark appears above the 1968 CHARGES value and a short tick above the chart frame; both are page artifacts, not footnote markers.
