p. 256. No footnotes are printed under the table. The stub carries three indent levels, which the plain labels do not preserve: "NLRB-initiated actions" and "Action by other parties" are top-level categories; "To enforce subpena", "To restrain dissipation of assets by respondent" and "To defend Board's jurisdiction" are indented under the former, while "To restrain NLRB from" and "To compel NLRB to" are indented under the latter; the four rows "Proceeding in R case" through "Other" are indented under "To restrain NLRB from", and "Issue complaint", "Seek injunction", "Take action in R case", "Other" under "To compel NLRB to". The final row "Other" (1, 1, 0, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0) is set at the same indent as "To restrain NLRB from"/"To compel NLRB to", i.e. it is a third sub-category of "Action by other parties", not a fifth item under "To compel NLRB to". The label "Other" therefore appears three times, with different values each time. "subpena" is spelled that way in the original. All cells are legible and every internal sum checks out against its component rows (e.g. 34 = 10 + 24; "Action by other parties" 24 = 11 + 12 + 1), so no misprints are suspected.
