The stub lines "All types, total.", "RC cases", "RM cases", "RD cases" and "UD cases" are section headings carrying no values; the three indented lines beneath each (Elections, Eligible voters, Valid votes) hold the figures. The trailing period on "All types, total." is printed as shown (the other section labels have none). "RD cases / Eligible voters" in the Stipulated column prints as "8, 714" with a small stray mark immediately after the 4 (a speck or the start of the leader rule from the line below); I read the value as 8,714, which is consistent with the row total of 15,554. The last column (Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)) shows dash rules rather than figures for all three UD cases lines; those cells are given as "". Arithmetic check: every printed row total equals the sum of its five type-of-election cells, and the RC+RM+RD+UD column sums equal the "All types, total" line, so no misprints are suspected. The footnote marker 1 sits on the caption, which is omitted per instructions.
