p. 215. Eight columns: stub, Total, and the six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The stub column carries no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty; "Total" is a tall heading spanning both levels and is repeated. "RC Cases", "RM Cases" and "RD Cases" are centered banner lines spanning the data columns; they are transcribed as label-only section rows. Dash rules ("--------") fill the Employers column in the RC and RD blocks and the five union/individual columns in the RM block; these are rendered as empty cells per the convention. One footnote line is printed below the table but is cut off by the bottom edge of the crop: only the top fragment of the characters survives, beginning with marker "1" followed by what appears to be a reference to the Glossary for definitions of terms. Because the text cannot be read reliably, it is omitted from `footnotes` rather than reconstructed. The corresponding marker "1" is attached to the caption ("Fiscal Year 1968 1"), which is excluded per instructions. Arithmetic check (not used to alter any cell): in every RC and RD row the five detail columns sum exactly to the printed Total, and the RM rows match the Employers column, so no misprints are apparent.
