p. 214. Eight columns: stub, Total, and six filing-party columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty; "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both levels and is repeated. The six "CA Cases" / "CB Cases" / ... lines are centered section headings printed across the full width of the data area; they carry no values and are transcribed as label-only rows. The same five row labels (Pending July 1, 1967 / Received fiscal 1968 / On docket fiscal 1968 / Closed fiscal 1968 / Pending June 30, 1968) repeat under each section. Arithmetic checks all pass, which supports the column assignments: in every row the six filing-party cells sum exactly to the printed Total, and within every section Pending July 1 + Received = On docket and On docket - Closed = Pending June 30, column by column. No misprints detected. The caption's footnote marker 1 is attached to the title (excluded per instructions); the footnote itself is transcribed. Printed zeros are kept as 0. Scan artifacts render some "i" dots faintly (e.g. "Pendıng", "Receıved", "Indıvıduals"), but the wording is unambiguous and is transcribed normally. Nothing appears cut off by the crop.
