p. 25. The crop is a narrative page (p. 12) of the Thirty-third Annual Report; its only tabular content is the data strip printed below Chart 8, "TRIAL EXAMINER HEARINGS AND DECISIONS (PROCEEDINGS)", which is what is transcribed here. The stub heading "Fiscal Year" is the x-axis label printed on two lines ("Fiscal" / "Year") at the left of the year row; the years are the chart's x-axis tick labels and serve as the column headings for the two data rows. The small solid-black square before "Hearings Held" and the striped swatch before "Decisions Issued" are legend keys matching the bar fills, not footnote markers, so they are omitted. A stray ink speck sits just left of the "1961" heading; it is not a marker. The chart title, the "Proceedings" y-axis label and its scale values (0 through 1,125) are chart furniture and are not transcribed as grid cells. All twenty values are clearly legible and are consistent with the relative bar heights in the chart (e.g., the decisions bar exceeds the hearings bar only in 1961, matching 692 vs. 667).
