38 of 38 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 250. 15 columns: the stub plus five under "Number of polls", five under "Employees involved (number eligible to vote)", and four under "Valid votes cast". Four heading levels; "Total" (col 2), "Total eligible" (col 7), "Total" (col 12) and "Percent of total eligible" (col 13) are tall single headings repeated down the lower levels, and "Resulting in deauthorization"/"Resulting in continued authorization" under "Number of polls" sit directly beneath the group heading (no "In polls" tier on that side), so they are repeated at levels 2 and 3. The heading "Employees involved (number eligible to vote)" carries a raised 1, but the crop stops just below the last data row and the footnote text is not shown, so `footnotes` is empty. In the "Other local unions" row the two "Percent of total" cells for continued authorization (cols 6 and 11) are printed as dash rules, transcribed as "" per convention; the matching counts are a printed 0. All column and row arithmetic checks out against the printed Total line (e.g. 47+13+4+3 = 67; 3,924+301+568+226 = 5,019), so no suspected misprints. The lightly inked figures "45" (Total, col 3), "56.6" (Total, col 9) and "61.5"/"38.5"/"58.5" (Teamsters) read cleanly and are confirmed by the arithmetic.
