p. 247. Three printed columns: an unlabelled stub plus "AC" and "UC"; the stub has no printed heading, so header cell 0 is empty. Row labels are printed at four indent levels (Total; the three disposition sections; "Before hearing"/"After hearing"; "By regional director's decision"/"By Board decision"); the indentation is not reproduced in the stub text, so "Before hearing", "After hearing", "By regional director's decision" and "By Board decision" each recur under more than one section. The first "After hearing" row (under "Certification amended or unit clarified", AC 11 / UC 25) is printed with what looks like a trailing colon before the leader dots; the other "After hearing" rows have none, so it is transcribed without the colon as a probable stray mark. Leader dots and the full stops that run into them have been dropped. All printed subtotals and the "Total, all" line add up correctly in both columns, which supports the digit readings on the bolder lines (54, 43, 83, 23).
