The caption carries footnote marker 1 (recorded separately, not in the grid). Decimal points: this is a 1-bit scan in which some periods have dropped out, leaving a gap. I transcribed the intended decimal point in these cells, all of which sit in one-decimal percent columns: \"Total number of cases closed\" / CA Percent (printed \"100 0\"); \"After issuance of complaint, before opening of hearing\" / All C Percent (\"7 1\") and / CP Percent (\"7 9\"); \"After hearing opened...\" / CP Percent (\"0 2\"); \"After trial examiner's decision...\" / CC Percent (\"0 7\"). Word \"trial\": the scan degrades this word in three row labels, rendering as \"trail\" twice and the non-word \"tril\" once (\"After Board order adopting tril examiner's decision\"). The printed word is \"trial examiner's\" and I transcribed it so.
