p. 230. Eight printed columns: stub plus Total plus the six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both header levels, so it is repeated in each level. "RC Cases", "RM Cases" and "RD Cases" are centered banner lines that run across the whole width of the table body (between horizontal rules); they are transcribed as label-only section rows with empty value cells. Cells rendered as rows of leader dots are transcribed as "": the whole Employers column in the RC and RD blocks, and all five filing-party columns (AFL-CIO unions through Individuals) in the RM block. Printed zeros appear only in the RD block and are kept as 0. The five row labels repeat identically in each of the three blocks; this is as printed, not a duplication error. All printed row totals are internally consistent with their component columns (e.g. RC "On docket fiscal 1967": 8,288+3,782+733+673+20 = 13,496), so no misprints are suspected. The scan is a coarse bitmap in which 6 and 8 are the most easily confused digits; "2,303", "13,496", "10,950" and "736" were each checked against the arithmetic and agree. The caption ("Table 1B.—Representation Cases Received, Closed, and Pending, Fiscal Year 1967 1") carries footnote marker 1; it is omitted per instructions, and the footnote text itself is retained.
