p. 217. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column blocks (Total, By employer, By union, By both parties). The scan is a low-fidelity bitmap that has dropped nearly every period in the image: the percent cells print as "100 0", "27 9", "30 2", "63 5", etc., with a blank where the decimal point belongs, and the two footnote lines show no terminal period. I have restored the decimal points (the same artifact class as the "8, 044" comma spacing) and the footnote periods; no digits were altered. The last row label is printed with a visible gap, "R D cases", which is letterspacing of the standard case type "RD cases"; transcribed without the gap. The footnote marker on "By both parties" is a raised 2, recorded as ^2; the caption's raised 1 is omitted with the caption. Row values sum consistently (e.g., 366+851+94 = 1,311), so no misprints are suspected.
